Admin Area
To manage your Admin Area where you can manage your members record visit your
http://yourdomain.com/admin/adminarea.php
Your password is the password in your database, check your config.php file
The Admin area has 2 frames, the top frame is where the action screen is displayed,
and the first line of the second frame is the Admin menu.
Summary
The number of the total pending, active, disabled, terminated and those
who holds their credits.
List Members
- 0= Pending - Display Pending Publishers, (Pending are those
that are not yet reviewed)
- 1= Active - Display Active members (Activate are those who
are active and can get a return traffic)
- 3= Disabled - Display Disabled members (Disabled are those
who's accounts are suspended)
- 4=Terminated - Display Terminated members (Terminated are
those who cheated)
- 5=Hold Credits - Display members that hold their credits
- Send Newsletter - Send news letter to all your members who set
their account to receive email,
(your member will compensate 2 credits once newsletter sent).
- Add/Deduct Credits - You can manually add or deduct members credits
- Order History - History report "Post" who purchased
credits and "Pre" those advertisers who visited the order page.
Per Date Report
You can specify the starting date and end date for particular reports. The
date format is Year-mm-dd
- Members - Display members who signed up from a specified
date
- Credit earned - Display total earnings of your members per
specified date
- Credit used - Display members credit used from a specified
date
- Show Referrals - Show where popup's are coming from,
per specified date
You can change the status of your members in the browse listing, the Activate
will automatically send out an activation notice to your member's email.
To review members website, you can click their URL to check if their site is appropriate
to be your member, then click what status the new member should be.
Sort by Report
- Bought Credits - Display records who have a bought credits in their
account
- Credit Left - Display records of your members with remaining
credits
- Banner Credits - Display members with banner credits
- Referral Credits - Display members with referral credits
